Student Leader Profile: Julius Ko
Hi New College. I am currently a fourth year student in
psychology and your friendly neighbourhood
Male Grad-Rep on New College Student Council, which means I’m
organizing our end of the year open bar Grad Formal. I also ran
Orientation 2006, for all of you first years! I’ve been a commuter,
a ressie, a mentor, a mentee,
a frosh, an event attendee, and an event organizer. As one of the
oldies, I just want to tell everyone to keep their heads up, because
there’s always something going on around here at New College. Get involved and
don’t get too focused on marks, there’s more to life than
that!
Julius is currently the Male
Graduating Students’ Representative on the New College Student
Council, Chair for Orientation Week 2006, has been both mentor and an
Executive member of New Links for two years, and is part of the
Children’s AIDS Health Program, a national student-run charity
that runs the 24 Hour Wake every year in partnership with New College.
